Quantum jump in bottom lines from FY25 onwards raise eyebrows and concern over its sustainability. Its trade receivables stood at Rs. 41.00 cr. for Q1 of FY27, raising alarm as it has overshot its top line for the said period. Its contingent liability stood at Rs. 1.84 cr. as of June 30, 2026. While the company has made its offer document available on public domain only by noon of October 30, 2026, it appears that the company erred for the info on its post-IPO NAV data (refer page no. 157 of the offer document.
If we attribute FY27 annualized super earnings to its post-IPO fully diluted paid-up equity capital, then the asking price is at a P/E of 13.62, and based on FY26 earnings, the P/E stands at 17.28. The issue appears reasonably priced, based on its average earnings. Its outperforming margins compared to listed peers is a big surprise. It appears the inflated margins post FY25 appears a window dressing to fetch fancy valuations for the IPO.
For the reported periods, the company has posted PAT margins of 1.28% (FY24), 5.63% (FY25), 9.52% (FY26), 11.48% (Q1-FY27), and RoCE margins of 16.94%, 43.66%, 30.65%, 8.93%, respectively, for referred periods.
